How do I place my order?

After finalizing your choice(s), click “buy now” and select your payment options and proceed to check out and follow the instruction.

Can I ship different items to different shipping addresses?

We process one shipping address per order. If you would like to ship to different addresses you could consider placing separate orders.

How do I check my order status?

If you are a registered user you can check your order status by logging into your account.
If you are not a registered user simply click on contact us to send a query along with your order number and we will notify you.

Do I have to sign up for a Smartynerdy account to buy something at smartynerdy.com?

You are not required to create a Smartynerdy account to place an order. You will have the option to simply proceed as a guest shopper. However, you may be missing out on several benefits available to registered users, including the ability to easily track your orders at any time.

What forms of payment does Smartynerdy accept for online purchase?

We accept payments by Visa and MasterCard (debit, credit and gift cards), as well as payments by bKash and cash-on-delivery.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged once it has been verified by secured payment gateway..

What currency will my order be billed in?

Your order will be billed in Bangladeshi Taka.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within two hours.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Estimated shipping time within Dhaka metro is 3-5 business days and for rest of the country is 5-7 business days.

How is my order shipped?

We ship to your address via courier services

How much is delivery charge?

We offer free shipping if billing amount is BDT 3,000 or more. Our shipping charges within Dhaka metro is BDT 70 and for rest of the country is BDT 120.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

Unfortunately at the moment we are unable to help you change your shipping address after you have placed an order.

I confirmed my order, but was later informed that my order got cancelled. Why did that happen?

Some of possible reasons for which your order may be cancelled include:

  • You provided an incorrect address
  • Nobody received call at the provided contact number
  • Your credit or debit card payment was declined by the financial institution
  • The recipient at the shipping address you have provided refused to receive your ordered products
  • The recipient at the shipping address you have provided was unavailable
Does Smartynerdy deliver products outside of Bangladesh?

What is the process for returns and exchanges?

We love happy and satisfied customers and are here to help! Please email to info@smartynerdy.com to get an exchange/return form if your product qualifies for an exchange/return. Please note that we DO NOT accept returns on orders older than 15 days of original delivery date. We do not accept returns or exchanges on washed or worn items. Specially marked discounted items are also not eligible for returns or refunds and are sold as is. Items that you want to return must be unworn, unwashed and unused with all original tags attached. What qualifies as an exchange/return?

Any product would qualify as a return if it meets any of the following conditions:

  • Wrong product, size or colour
  • Damaged product
  • Product lost in shipment
  • Products with major quality defects
